We enjoyed this trip to Kutna Hora having seen the major sites in Prague in the preceding days. It was very chilled compared to the hustle and bustle of Prague. Our guide (Yana, I think), was very friendly, accommodating and informative. She gave us plenty of info but we didn't feel bombarded or rushed. The bone church was eerie and thought provoking. I'm not sure how the dead would feel about their bones being arranged in such a way. It came across as more of a tourist attraction than a holy place (I know there is a contradiction here but that is the impact of the experience). St Barbara's cathedral and Kutna Hora town centre were a lot more impressive. The food was bog standard but no complaints. Overall, the trip was an enjoyable experience and I would definitely recommend it if you want some restbite from the city
The bus was comfortable, the food was excellent. Both churches were striking, but for such different reasons. The bone church was bizarre, the cathedral of St. Barbara was beautiful, inside and out. I enjoyed seeing these two very different churches. What a unique place this was!
Great tour from start to finish. It was easy to find the guide by the clock tower and we made our way to the bus and had a comforrable ride to Kutna Hora. There was plenty of time to explore everything and lunch was great.
Excellent. We were picked up at our hotel, and returned back after the tour. The tour bus was very comfortable. The guide was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this service, and will use them again.
Disappointed that we couldn’t access inside the church. The guide though very knowledgeable about Kutna Hora talked way too long and we did not have enough time in the old town to explore.
