Kutná Hora: Sedlec Ossuary Skip-the-Line Ticket & Audioguide

1. Kutná Hora: Sedlec Ossuary Skip-the-Line Ticket & Audioguide

Skip the ticket line at two truly unique sites and listen to interesting commentary through your audio guide.  First stop is the Sedlec Ossuary, said to contain bones from 40,000 - 70,000 human skeletons. All are used in an artistic way to beautifully decorate the church's interior. One of the ossuary’s eye-catching features is an enormous chandelier, completely made out of bones.  Then, take a short walk to visit another noteworthy place - the Cathedral of the Assumption of Our Lady and Saint John the Baptist. Listed as a UNESCO heritage site since 1995, the cathedral is a unique combination of Baroque and Gothic architecture. Walk around the church and even explore the cathedral’s attic, whilst listening to the audio guide that will explain more about the church's history.

We were there relatively early and still pretty much alone. So I can't comment on whether it really is 'skip the line'. The chapel is very small but really nicely done. Taking photos is strictly forbidden and attention is paid to it. The first tour groups arrive from around 11:30 am, so you should be through by then.

Thanks to the online ticket, I was able to be the first to go to the Sedlec Ossuary at 9 a.m. without having to buy a ticket on the other side of the street first. A dream has come true for me...a short time alone to fully enjoy this magical place!

It was very nice, you can see everything making from humans bones. Just we think that will be bigger and more to see. But was quaet nice.

Excellent, no waiting and no queue, 5 audio guides in the language, everything perfect

Scary and amazing! Buying tickets in advance really does the trick.
