What people are saying about Kyle of Lochalsh
I am a 75 year old English man. I have been in tour buses around the world. I had to say the following about this tour. The tour exceeded my expectations and was very well run. I honestly have to say the tour guide/driver, Ray, I find him very informative and knowledgeable and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who is going on a tour with your company and he is the tour guide. Very satisfied. From Collin (Surrey) I found this tour excellent. I learned so much about the history of Scotland from Ray, our top notch tour guide and driver. He excelled in his job. I enjoyed the beautiful Scottish music he played after each commentary that he made. I understood each word, I'm from Philippines and I appreciate that he speaks in clear English, not strong Scottish accent. This tour worth every penny. Highly recommended. I booked this tour to celebrate my 57th birthday and I was not disappointed. I had a wonderful birthday. Thanks to Ray and your company.
The trip was amazing. We started our trip in the Edinburgh city center, where we met with our guide and driver John, who is the most Scottish person I've ever met, and we head north towards the Highlands. We made several stops along the way and seen many wonderful attractions. We spent the night in an hotel in Inverness (not part of the tour package) and we met again with the group the next day to go to the magnificent Isle of Skye. Overall the trip was really enjoyable, tiring at times, but well worth it. The atmosphere in the bus was quite relaxed and felt like we were going on a trip with a group of friends, thanks in most part to John who was both very knowledgeable in Scottish history and also very funny; he managed to make the trip interesting and entertaining.
Highly recommended! Nick, overall lovely guy, is a great driver and excellent guide. His historical/local anecdotes, illustrative tea towels and thematic music added great value to the trip.
Amazing tour - incredible value for money! I learnt a lot about the history of various ruins, castles and landscapes between Inverness and Skye! I would do this tour again in a heartbeat!
It was wonderful trip …. Ryan stop for photos in the highlands. Recommend
