Start by driving to the Sarapiquí River, where you adventure begins. The guide will give you an orientation and safety talk, before ensuring you all have the correct equipment. Set in the lowlands of the rainforest, with breathtaking views of tropical birds and lush jungle landscapes, this section of the Sarapiquí River is perfect for all levels of paddlers. Whether you are a beginner or an expert, you will be able to enjoy the class II & III rapids here for two and a half hours along a 14 km stretch. Sarapiquí allows you to return to a sense of chilhood freedom as you play and splash on the rapids. Relax in the calm crystal pools between the rapids. The trip will finish at the Sibaja Family property, where you will be able to shower and change in the private facilities.
