Here's what I'd wish I'd known going into this tour: 1) The very first waterfall is the hardest/tallest one. So if you've never done rappelling before, just brace yourself for that. They're much easier and less terrifying after you get through that first one. Still cool, just a lot to process. 2) Right after you go down that first waterfall, you do what they call the "Monkey Drop", and its not rappelling. You zipline down over this little pool of water and then they drop you straight down into the water. Not that tall, and they've got ropes so you're not totally free falling so its not as bad as it looks. Looking back, if I'd known what to expect I may have enjoyed that little surprise more. The fun part is they video you while you're falling and the reactions are hilarious. 3) I'd dress a bit warmer (maybe some warm technical layers) if you're smaller because it can get a bit chilly standing next to those waterfalls in the shade of the forest. 4) It was fun and I'm glad I did it!

Amazing experience! The first rappell is the biggest and scariest and after that it’s all fun. The staff made us feel very safe and we greatly enjoyed the experience!

It was thrilling and a lot of fun! I gave it 4 stars because it was such a large group that there was a lot of waiting around, especially at the beginning. I’d recommend water shoes as you will get soaked.
