Your experience begins with pickup from your accommodation in Trujillo at around 10:00AM. From there, depart for Campiña de Moche, a 20-minute drive away. Once there, begin with the Huacas de Moche Museum, where you can appreciate archaeological remain exhibited in three rooms. Following that, proceed to Huaca de La Luna, a religious architectural complex made of adobe, where the image of their deity Aia Paec is displayed. On top of that, iconography of warriors, dancers, spiders, and snakes can also be spotted. From the highest level of the Huaca de la Luna, you can see the 43-meter-high Huaca del Sol, which is used for administrative purposes for research. Next, travel to a restaurant where you are gifted time to enjoy lunch. Following lunch at 2:45PM, begin your Chan Chan tour with a visit to Huaca Arco Iris. This site is in the district of Hope and is also known as the Huaca del Dragon; dedicated to the rainbow as a symbol of fertility. Later, travel to the Chan Chan Site Museum, where ceramics, textiles, metal works, and construction materials are exhibited. In the second room you can see the pre-Hispanic cultural development of the region, before you finish with the room in which the Chimú story is told through projections of lights and sound effects. At the conclusion of your day, return to the city of Trujillo at 6:00PM.

The archaeological complex shows the two large pyramids with flat tops, known as huacas. After lunch we continue to Chan Chan, the largest adobe city in America, built by the Chimu and covering an area of about 20 square kilometres. We continue up, to the ancient fishing village of Huanchaco for a good lunch based in see food or just photos (depend of time ). After picking you up at the hotel located in the city of Trujillo, we are going to departure towards the Chicama Valley, located about 33 kilometers north of Trujillo, to visit El Brujo archaeological complex, which belongs to the Mochica culture. In 1990 the excavations began and discovered the Huaca Cao Viejo, pyramid that reaches the 46 meters of height, counts on walls decorated with friezes and reliefs of colors that portray complex scenes and geometric figures. This ancient site has three main monuments: Huaca Prieta, Huaca Cao Viejo and Huaca Cortada. The Wiese foundation has been in charge, with the National Geographic, to show the amazing discovery of a tomb that belongs to a pre Columbia woman and leader of the fourth century. We will explore the Museum of Cao, in addition to admiring incredible objects of ancient time, we invite you to discover the mystery of the mummy unearthed in this fantastic complex, The Lady of Cao, which is circa 1,700 years old. The mummy has been preserved practically intact during all the time, due to an ancestral ritual. After this incredible experience, we are going to make a last stop at the small town of Magdalena de Cao, located 5 kilometers of El Brujo complex and taste a traditional drink known as Chicha de Jora. The fermentation process lasts 1 year under ancestral methods. After the visit, we will take you back to the city of Trujillo and drop you off at Plaza de Armas.

Enjoy a guided stroll around the city of Trujillo and admire colonial mansions, balconies, and churches. Marvel at the architecture of the Plaza Mayor and the Freedom Monument, designed by the German artist Edmundo Muller. Afterward, continue towards the Archaeological Museum of Trujillo National University for an overview of the region’s pre-Columbian cultures.  Later, visit the Huaca Dragon Temple and admire the 60-meter tall wall that surrounds this imposing complex. Spend some time exploring the interior of the temple, which is dedicated to the rainbow, a symbol of fertility. Afterward, take a ride to the seaside town of Huanchaco and watch the local fishermen on their traditional fishing rafts. Break for lunch at a local restaurant before heading to the ancient city of Chan Chan, which was once the proud capital of the Chimú Kingdom. Enjoy a wander around the city's 10 walled citadels and admire the delicate engravings of geometric figures, birds, fish, and much more. Finally, get dropped off back at your hotel at the end of the day.

Early in the morning, a guide will pick you up from your hotel, and take you to explore the Moche Valley, located in the northern of Peru, and is the place where the pre-Inca Moche and Chimú cultures emerged. We will start at the Sun & Moon Huacas, which includes two large truncated pyramids, the Huaca Las Estrellas, Huaca del Cerro Blanco, the geoglyph of the Spider, and others buildings located in front of Cerro Blanco and near the Moche River. Then, you will stop in a traditional workshop of a traditional Moche family. After visiting the pyramids, you will visit Chan Chan archaeological zone and the Nik-An Palace, the largest mud city in the world and most populated on the north coast among the 600 and 700 AD. Then, you will have lunch at a local restaurant in the fishermen`s spa of Huanchaco, and its famous Totora horses. Then, you will be taken back to your hotel. The Sun Huaca was used as a political-administrative center, and the Moon Huaca as a ceremonial temple. Located in the Moche Valley in the coastal desert near Trujillo, these archaeological complexes were built by the Moche civilizations. The Huaca del Dragon was a religious monument, administrative and ceremonial center, and it has amazing murals. Chan Chan is a pre-Columbian adobe city, and it was declared as a World Heritage Site by Unesco in 1986.
