Full description
On this half-day trip you’ll discover the dramatic beauty of the moonscape produced by volcanic eruptions that struck the island of Lanzarote between 1730 and 1736. The Montañas del Fuego, or Fire Mountains, were created when more than 100 volcanoes erupted during this period. Due to the low rainfall in the region, the area appears much the same as it did in the 18th century.
The tour price is for a group of up to 8 people. Camel riding in the park is also an option, although not included in the price of the tour.
You’ll see the famous Green Lagoon at El Golfo, the lava coast of Los Hervideros, and also the salt pans of El Janubio.
And finally, before the end of your excursion, you’ll stop in La Geria, the vineyard area, to taste wines at the Bodega Rubicón.
