App is a life saver. I was able to save all my tickets to the app and didn’t need to print and carry them around. We had a missed flight so missed our time but they allowed us to use the same ticket the following morning. Very accommodating. Beautiful structure!!

Guide tour was great and he tried to do his best. However, this group said to be in English with small group but it turned out to be large group (which was still acceptable), but agency combined both foreigners and Italians so the guide had to speak repetitively 2 times for 2 languages which was waste of time and less in information than it should have been.

After we first had to look for our tour start, the tour was more than worth it. Our guide Paolo seemed a bit stressed at first, but he did a great job. The historical facts about the painting were very interesting and were presented with passion by Paolo. Entering the actual hall to the picture was a bit awkward.
