Our guide Thomas went above and beyond to be friendly, accommodating and keeping it a relaxed trip while still getting us places on time. The driving was safe throughout the trip. We very much enjoyed each of the individual aspects of the packager: the chocolate factory tour, cheese factory tour, fondue lunch, time in the village of Gruyere and the Golden Pass train ride. Each was unique and a true taste of Switzerland. My only slight dissatisfaction was that the tour was described as being 10 hours but only lasted about 8. I believe this was because it actually started in Geneva and we were picked up in Lausanne. However, the next day we ran into Thomas on his tour of Glacier 3000. It was because of his encouragement that I decided to conquer my fears and ride the cable car to the top of Les Diablerets. If not for him including us with his two guests for the day I would have missed out on an amazing experience! Heartfelt thanks to Thomas be being an extraordinary guide!

Very comfortable trip on the coach and the train. The guide is very friendly, helpful and informative. Taste the chocolate (unlimited), cheese, and fondue. Kids love the panaromic train ride.

We really enjoyed the day and our guide, Hector, and bus driver. Everything was very well organized and timed.

Very complete

I did not love the Golden train... the rest was fine, the best was the very professional Yolanda guide

the scenarios, the choice for restaurant and cafe and the professionalism of the tour guide
