What people are saying about Lauterbrunnen

We experienced a major stumbling block. I took a printed copy of the latest documentation I had received from you to Interlaken Ost but was told that it was not the voucher, which I had assumed it was. I later discovered that you had sent an email a few hours before, which I had not received. In any case, I would have had no means of printing out the pdf. (I had a computer at the hotel, but naturally no printer. We had already been travelling in France and Italy for several weeks.) I think you should issue the correct voucher when the booking is made. Luckily, the member of staff at the railway station made a special effort and issued tickets. The publicity does not describe the journey and facilities fully enough. There could also be more information about the effects of the altitude (breathlessness, nausea etc.)

Train was quite full but we managed to enjoy the view from lauter to klein schedeig. And made our way to jungfrau via the furnicular which was fun! Swiss staffs were not so helpful to tourists (unless if you can speak their language) and can be unapologetic , so please plan your trip carefully so that you can move on your own. View from jungfrau was spectacular though! Recommended to go during low seasons.

We enjoyed our journey to top of Europe, it was nice experience riding trains and cable car. Instead of this ticket, I would suggest to take Jungfraujog pass, which is valid for 3 days minimum so that other mountain peaks can also be covered. Overall we loved every single moment of our journey.

Spectacular!!! There are no words to describe this experience. We loved it, we had an extraordinary day. Totally recommended as long as the weather conditions are appropriate. You can view the webcams on the Jungfrau.com page before venturing up to make sure it's clear.

I love the train ride. Jungfraujoch is beautiful. Its easy to redeem the vouchers.
