A lot more waiting around (in -27 deg!) than expected. Still a good way to experience the three activities. My 11 year old enjoyed the mini snow-mobile but would have liked to do more than 3 laps of the track. My daughter had got too cold so missed out on the mini snow mobile. The snow-mobile ride had to be cut short due to the cold but it was still a great experience. Overall it was worth doing.

Very well run activity, staff are professional, helpful and friendly. Would definitely use this company again should we return to Lapland. Could not make original day because of illness but company arranged for us to transfer activity to following day.

Fantastic day lead by Tony. Prompt pick up at our hotel and taken to the the husky safari then the reindeer safari. We all thoroughly enjoyed the magical scenery and rides through the forest. We returned to the centre to be kitted up for the hour long snowmobile safari. Travelling through forests and across frozen lakes, staff were very attentive and stopped half way through to stretch legs and check everyone was ok. We were taken back to our hotel after all activities. This was one of the highlights of our amazing Lapland experience. The only negative comment was one of our party of 9 was ill on the day and couldn’t take part in any of the activities. Had this been 24 hours before the start of the activity (11am on the previous day) we would have been able to claim a refund. Unfortunately this was not the case so we lost the whole amount of £184. Perhaps a 50% refund for illness after the 24 hour window could be considered
