Arrive just before sunset to experience the fountains in both the daylight and the dark. Take in the Fantasy Fountain water-and-laser-light show, which is set to music. Taste some exotic fruits (cherimoya, granadilla, and tumbo) and the chicha morada (drink made from purple corn), then continue your gastronomic experience at two fast-food restaurants to taste their different specialties. At La Huerta Chinen, where they specialize in Creole mixes, you’ll get to try the famous Causa Limeña (mashed yellow potatoes seasoned with limes, chili peppers, and stuffed with chicken).
