A trip worth recommending. Pickup from the agreed place (unfortunately, the person checking our tickets before boarding the bus decided that they did not apply to this trip and left without us; while waiting for the next transport, we contacted the company organizing the trip and it turned out that it was our bus; a taxi was arranged efficiently and we were taken to a bus waiting on the route), transport to the parking lot near Etna and then by bus to Etna 3000m above sea level; along the way, stops for a hike along the slopes of Etna. Then drive to the Gorges of Alcantara. The ticket to the park is additionally payable. I recommend!
Very nice and relaxed tour. Our guide Toni was super nice, had a very pleasant manner and was able to tell us a lot about Etna and wine growing. The tour of Castiglione di Sicilia was also very informative. The two wine cellars we visited were quite contrasting, which in retrospect was a good thing. We had a very nice day. Thanks again Toni 🤩.
Roberto was a fantastic guide. He even tried to help us find the location of an old photograph of my great grandparents while we were Castiglione di Sicilia. The whole experience was wonderful and would recommend this tour and Roberto.
Great tour. The guide is very knowledgeable, provides a lot of information about Sicily and the local wine production. The tasting is delicious, the wine is excellent.
Day was wonderful. Tony was extremely knowledgeable. Wine and food excellent!
