This tour had been a very nice experience with a lot of fun. The tour guide João was very attentive and helpful, also he was extremely friendly. I and my partner were surprised about the the meal as there was plenty of choice and everything was really tasty and fresh. Additionally, João offered to point us some typical Portuguese restaurants and loaded us with lots of info. Finally, I have to say that the tour was taken during the pandemic break down and João revealed to be sensible and caring of security measures such as distance and hygiene which it was very appreciable. UNFORGETTABLE experience thank you João.
The ocean and the coastline of sesimbra on a kayak is an experience of its own. But that's not all you get. Enter Gabriel, a nature angel in disguise as a guide. From one second to the next you will be giggling and then transfixed by his utmost respect for the ocean. Wonderful company. (if you go on a 'less' beautiful day - you might get as lucky as we did and end up with an essentially private tour which felt like kayaking with a friend - ask him about the orcas and the netflix documentary 'My octopus teacher'!)
The tour was great, the sights are beautifull! Great clear blue sea and some amazing cliff formations. Worth the arm pain of the paddling :). The guide was also great and friendly. Only suggestion I would give to the guide is keeping the team together, as at some point on the way back we felt the responsibility to keep an eye of the last kayak as the girls were far behind the rest. Should something happened to them noone would have noticed.
The tour was really nice, the beach were clean, not too crowded and the landscape was amazingly beautiful. Our tour guide suggested us to go to some hidden places where we discovered caves and could jump into the water from 5/6 meters high. It was a charming day with great weather and great guide. He even prepared a excellent picnic for lunch.
This is a trip well worth taking. A relatively easy kayak out of the marina and along the coast to see the caves, cliffs, clear waters, fish, jellyfish and sea birds. Good for all ages and the stop at the beach is a lovely break. Watchout: the walk to the meeting point is further than you think from Sesimbra town!
