Full description
You have a choice of landmarks and attractions that can be worked into a 4-hour program. First, visit Albufeira Lagoon and its warm waters known as a perfect place for kayaking, kitesurfing and windsurfing. Then, visit an almost wild Praia das Bicas, an unexplored beach with clear waters in the Sesimbra area. From the cliffs, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the ocean and of the Sintra ridge in the background. Cabo Espichel is an impressive cliff where you can visit the sanctuary and the Church of Nossa Senhora do Cabo and the aqueduct. Make the most of this incredible landscape by making a toast. Admire the dinosaur footprints at Zambujal. Then at Sesimbra Castle, contemplate the view over the fishing village. Sesimbra is a fishing village located in a bay with calm waters. In the village, you can enjoy fish and seafood of exceptional quality and take a walk along the breakwater near the beach. Afterwards, head to Portinho da Arrábida, a paradisiacal beach with crystal clear waters and white sand in the mouth of the river Sado. It can’t be missed. Serra da Arrábida is a climb up to the top of the ridge. You will have no words to describe the incredible landscape presented in front of you. To the north, you will be able to see the entire city of Lisbon, the mountains of S. Luís, S. Francisco, Louro and Gaiteiros. And to the south, the crystal clear blue sea, the islets, the Tróia peninsula and the city of Setúbal. Then go to the Azeitão in the cellars of José Maria da Fonseca to have a tasting of the best regional wines and the local delicacy of Tortas de Azeitão.

Me and my sister had a private tour with Jose which was excellent. Jose was very friendly, very knowledgeable, great company and made our tour special. He made sure we have seen what we have wanted to visit and also recommended us very nice Portuguese restaurant. I would definitely recommend

On the day of our departure we had half day free so we were wondering what to do. We were lucky enough to come across this tour offered by Lisbononwheels. The tour guide was excellent, very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly! The van was comfortable, with A/C and onboard Wi-fi, and there were bottles of water free of charge, in case that we got thirsty. The guide took us to see breathtaking spots in Arrabida, and to our minds Praia da Lagoa de Albufeira-Mar was the most impressive beach we haven seen so far in Portugal! We took our time at each spot and could enjoy a hassle-free morning. It was the best way to say goodbye to Lisbon. This is a tour I would recommend to anyone who wants to explore hidden parts of Lisbon and enjoy wonderful views! For couples, it is a must in Lisbon!

It was a half-day tour individual tour. Not tiring at all. Well organized. The car has waited at our hotel door even before the appointed time but nobody demanded us to hurry to get out. We asked for going to the statue of Christ monument on the way to Arrabida as we were afraid not to have time to see it from close by in the other way and the guide easily agreed. The Cabo Espichel - the cliff with an uninhabited monastery and the lighthouse not far away - is to my mind a jewel of the viewpoints. However all the other places advertized in the tour: the lagoon with its small fishmen's huts, the mountains with a number of views to the both sides of the ridge, the natural park with trees of immense beauty of form, and so on are highly worth of seeing. I should like to add that they also deserve to be shown generously, the way they were shown to us by a person who loves them and wants them to be appreciated. Strongly recommended https://www.lrsportugaltours.com/
