The routes are very well organized however the service is not!

Buses come extremely busy at leak times when few more could be added to permit smooth transfer between hop-on hop-off points. Boat tour disappointing, terribly, as no rep from Gray Line told us when we embarked in Belem that the bot driver would stop at the other end for 2 hours instead of making the return. We had to get off the boat instead of wasting all that time and guess what tried to catch the Belem Line again to go back to Belem where we started our boat tour because we wanted to visit more. Bus came full, stations are not depicted on the maps very close to the reality... it was very inefficient as service. However the routes are designed greatly and we were able to visit Lisbon in 2 days taking just 2 of the 3 lines. Will likely not choose Gray Line ever again, not just in Lisbon.

    Enjoyed the tour!

The boast ride was a delight on the hot afternoon and we got to see several treasures by water. the Hop on Hop off worked great for seeing those things of greatest interest to us.
