We ended up having a private tour with Margarida. She was very kind and extremely patient, as it was our first time on Segways. We actually ended up going through the city, as we booked the Belem tour but had visited that area already. A few things to consider- I did end up falling a couple of times. Margarida was very sweet and had a first aid kit, though I didn’t need it. The Belem tour I think is easier as it is flat and fewer people/ cars to navigate. The stone streets at times were difficult to maneuver. Again, our guide helped me and even held my Segway as we went down some rough, steep hills, but something worth considering, especially if it’s your first time. I enjoy taking pictures and I was unable to do that as I was focused on my driving skills. I will say my partner adapted much better to driving and he was able to take photos and videos. I’m really glad we did it and would be happy to use this company again. Our guide also took some photos of us and sent them at the end.

An excellent choice for this Segway adventure along the river with lots to see. We can’t fault our guide Luis who was great. Very knowledgable explaining the history of famous landmarks. He also gave us some tips of wher to to visit when we got back. Thank you Luis.

We had a really great experience. The Segways weren't hard to drive at all and we quickly got used to them. Tony was an awesome guide and he gave us lots of information as well as advice regarding what to visit during our stay. Would 10/10 recommend.
