    Set off on an education experience of exploration with this 3 hour walking tour of Belem. Receive detailed information from your guide on Portugal’s role as a seafaring nation on the forefront of discovery, plus a wide variety of topics ranging from current events in Portugal to rich culinary traditions and much more. See the main monuments in the area, like the Monument of the Discoveries, the Jerónimos Monastery, and the Tower of Belém. You will have the opportunity to visit the cloisters of the Jerónimos Monastery and receive a guided tour from your guide.  This tour is conducted by a certified local guide whose mission is to inform travelers on what they need to know to enhance their stay in Lisbon, and to promote Portugal's culture and heritage. From recommendations of things to do in the city, to insider advice on public transportation to other areas you would want to visit on your stay, feel free to ask your guide anything. A coffee or ice cream break halfway through the tour is also included. The maximum number of participants is 8 people. This way a personal and engaging experience is guaranteed.

    Andriy was an excellent tour guide who helped us truly understand the history of Belem and Portugal. He was very personable, he answered questions about local life, and he knew all of the neat details about the exhibits in the tour and more. We had a great time and can highly recommend Andriy’s tour.
