What people are saying about Lisbon

Our guide was very nice, and he waited for us for hours. The Customs line in Lisbon was over three hours and he waited. We did have to pay again, but it was not their fault so we appreciated him waiting. The only issue I found was communication but that is just data/ WIFI issues in a foreign country and me not enabling data on my phone soon enough. Once we were calling each other, all was good.

We had a delay of 25 minutes in getting our luggage at the airport. We thought our driver would leave due to this delay, but we were wrong, our driver was there for us with a big smile. Our driver was friendly and thoughtful, thank you.
