Excellent - on the Mersey interesting audio with good sync of descriptions with positions. Seating could be more comfortable but it’s an old ferry. The bus leg was very amusing. The guide - Michael, was informative with great sense of humour. He welcomed everyone!

My family and I had a fantastic day, the ferry crew were so kind and helpful. We wanted to scatter some of my parents ashes into the Mersey as my Dad came from Liverpool and so wanted to take me around Liverpool and across the Mersey on a ferry. I explained this to the crew and they were amazing, they allowed us to do this in a private area at the rear of the boat and said we could have as much time as possible, they were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The bus tour guide Val was absolutely wonderful, very funny and friendly and full of interesting facts, she made the tour really enjoyable. I am so glad we booked the ferry and bus tour, everyone was so friendly, we will definitely be coming back to Liverpool soon such a friendly place to visit

The cruise and hop on hop off bus was great and interesting . The guide was very informative friendly and funny at the same time .Everyone from the time of picking up tickets were extremely helpful , professional and friendly . Would highly recommend.
