Very easy to find the tour bus from the drop off point of the cruise shuttle in Livorno. Guides we’re very helpful & knowledgeable. A bit longer at Pisa would be nice, due to bad traffic & a very heavy down pour of rain, we didn’t have much time to walk about.

Great price compared to the cruise ship excursions. It was delayed by half hour to correspond with the ship arrival, although we didnt think it was actually late. We arrived off ship at meeting point one hour early so there shouldn't have been an issue. It meant we missed our prepaid slot to go up the Tower of Pisa, but the Tuscany Bus company rep gave us a ticket for later which she had spare so all ok in the end. Great service, but be aware that delays might affect your timed tovkets in Pisa.

Well organised in Livorno but not in Pisa don't be disabled.

We were somewhat worried about this trip as we had always trips organised by the cruise ship. We were pleasantly reassured at the meeting point by the female agent who was excellent, we were surprised to find we were traveling by double decker especially as my wife and I have walking difficulties but we found seats downstairs. However, no designated disabled seats. The trip to Pisa considering the dreadful weather, heavy rain, was uneventful and safe. We were a little confused by the map supplied and walked an extra 500metres in heavy rain also there is a reasonable walk from the bus park, which it would be useful to know before we booked. The return was not so good we were given conflicting times to leave, printed on the leaflet it was 1pm but this was contradicted by the agent who said 1.15pm. The knock on effect was that most people arrived back at 1pm we were back by 1.10pm to find the only available seats were upstairs. There was no attempt to help us climb the stairs!
