Very easy to find the tour bus from the drop off point of the cruise shuttle in Livorno. Guides we’re very helpful & knowledgeable. A bit longer at Pisa would be nice, due to bad traffic & a very heavy down pour of rain, we didn’t have much time to walk about.

Our guide had to cancel the trip due to covid. However, the tour company reached out to us and gave us the Pisa/Florence all day trip with no additional charge. We appreciate their proative apporoach and consideration.

Special mention to our guide, Sabrina. In a small group he spoke English, French and Spanish. Everything with a joy, an illusion that sticks to you. It's great!

he waited for us even though we were late. Sabrina very good in explanations and very nice. nice tuor.

Everything perfect, the guide named Virginia very friendly, her explanations were very helpful.
