Had so much fun on our trip, could not recommend enough. Truly felt as though we were able to experience Slovenia in the short amount of time there. The one con is that GetYourGuide overcharged us for our trip. I did not look into this until after, but if you book directly on KoperTrips, the company they used, it is only 95 euros as opposed to 113 euros on GetYourGuide. In the end, we paid about 40 euros more (for two people) through GetYourGuide. Also, it was difficult when communicating about the trip as when a question arose GetYourGuide had to contact KoperTrips, as opposed to booking with KoperTrips and communicating with them directly. If I were to do it again, I would not have purchased through GetYourGuide. I have used GetYourGuide for multiple excursions and the price is usually the same and if anything maybe a couple dollars more, however, I randomly started searching for other trips KoperTrips has to offer and saw the price difference. Very bummed to say the least!

Good tour and made our party want to explore all parts of this beautiful country after this quick taste of what it has to offer. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable about his country. Enjoyable day. Only hiccup was Get Your Guide communication surrounding pick-up point. When booking website said our hotel was out of the pickup zone, so chose a museum front within the zone. Received an email requesting address of our hotel but no response as to if that would be pickup point or the museum. We went to museum- guide went to hotel. After a phone call, all was sorted out but felt bad to delay the other tour members. Would recommend tour.

Nulla da dire sui luoghi visitati, incantevoli! Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con l’organizzazione. Al momento della prenotazione avevamo indicato il nostro hotel come punto di prelievo. Il giorno della gita non si è presentato nessuno e solo chiamando l’assistenza abbiamo scoperto che il punto di prelievo non era più il nostro hotel ma un’altro, distante circa 10 minuti a piedi. L’operatore ci ha detto di averci inviato la sera prima una mail con l’indicazione del punto di prelievo ma la mail è arrivata soltanto a gita conclusa. Inoltre nel voucher non era indicato il reale orario di partenza ma l’orario di apertura dell’agenzia (ore 8.00 mentre la gita è partita alle 09.30). L’accompagnatore ha espresso più volte concetti relativi alla provenienza dei turisti ed alla differenza tra Trieste e il resto d’Italia e tra il nord ed il sud dell’Italia. Ci è sembrato un atteggiamento un po’ fuori luogo per una persona che lavora con i turisti.
