I went on this trekking tour with my family of five. The waterfalls were very enjoyable. In the first one I stood under it (not under the heaviest part!) and enjoyed a heavy cold shower. In the second one (the main, bigger one), I was amazed to find a perfect circular rainbow in the spray underneath it, a few metres wide. In terms of the organisation, there were some problems. After we'd been waiting to be picked up for 20 minutes, I called the local partner and was told they had no knowledge of my booking. I called GyG and it was sorted out, but it meant that we left an hour and a half late. Our driver was helpful and friendly, and the guide who took us on the waterfall tour was also helpful and friendly. But to be honest the cost of a local guide plus a driver would have been a lot cheaper than the total price for this trek, if we'd just booked them locally. We didn't have time for the village part of the tour, but that was fine.

Driver was good and fast in his driving. The guide was patient with us and helped us along the way. Definitely worth going but bring your poncho and slippers. No one told us about crossing over the river but it all worked well paying $1.50 SGD for a pair of flip flops near by before entering.

Really good and beautiful trip. Both the driver and guide was incredible sweet and helpfull. The guide and driver took a lot of photos, and said that they would send us the photos later:) But it would have been cheaper if we have just booked directly through the locals, because it was expensive on this app.
