The driver was friendly and willing to answer my questions about London. However, I had to call when I arrived at the airport, which is the reason for the 4 stars. International call charges apply. If I remember correctly, before I left Japan, I received a phone call from the company and said that they would be waiting for me in the arrival lobby. That was my intention on the day, but when I landed in London and turned on my mobile phone, I received an SMS with the driver's information. There was. That's what was disappointing. I think the hurdles are high for those who cannot speak English.

Hello, that wasn't my first transfer booking, but I always have this little stomach ache. Can you find the meeting point? Can you find the driver? We landed in London - Gatwick and everything is very easy here . If you follow the exit signs, you will come directly to the meeting point. A big cafe. You should bring a little patience here. With us, the driver came straight into the hall with a name tag. And everything was fine. A friendly greeting was followed by a short walk to the vehicle and off we went on a wild ride through the London traffic. I can only recommend this type of transfer from the airport to the hotel. It's certainly not the cheapest way to get to the hotel, but it's a very convenient one.

All good with the transfer except the driver was late, which after 36 hours’ travel was a little annoying. Apparently he was held up in traffic, which happens, but communicate with us, so we’re not left dangling. Other than that though, driver was a lovely guy, transport was clean and driving was excellent.
