Spend a day exploring the quintessentially British countryside of the Cotswolds, an area known for its green landscapes, charming villages, and honey-colored stone cottages. Enjoy the highlights of the Cotswolds, as well as some of the quieter, less-seen areas of the countryside. First, stop in the small town of Burford, one of England’s most unchanged medieval towns with many buildings over 500 years old. Visit the historic church, stroll along the attractive high street, and explore the town. Next head to Bibury, known as the prettiest village in all of England. Wander along the river and see Arlington Row, a set of weaver's cottages that are now one of the symbols of the Cotswolds. Enjoy free time to explore the enchanting village. Continue on to the picturesque town of Bourton-on-the-water. Take ample time to stroll by the river and its small bridges, admire the stone cottages and have some lunch.  Cap your tour with a visit to Stow-on-the-Wold, a jumble of inns and antique shops situated around the ancient market square. Stow has been a center of trade in the Cotswolds for centuries and was the location of the last battle of the English Civil War in 1646. 2. York: River Ouse City Cruise

The York City Cruise provides an entertaining and informative tour of the historic city as seen from the River Ouse. Enjoy the sights from a different perspective as a friendly and knowledgeable team guides you leisurely up and downstream. Your cruise departs from the King's Staith landing. Typically the 1-hour cruise follows a route that heads upstream to Clifton Bridge on the northern outskirts of York city and then downstream as far as the Millennium Bridge on the city’s southern outskirts, before returning back upstream to the original landing stage. The 45-minute cruise operates in the same area without going quite as far in either direction, passing through the center of the walled city. During the cruise, the captain will keep you entertained with live commentary about the sites you pass. Learn about York’s history of flooding and its prosperity as an inland port, as you sail along the river that brought the Romans and the Vikings to this site. We loved it! Our guide Nathan was amazing, knowledgeable and we learned a lot of facts about the Royal family and their ancestors. He knew exactly where to stand to get the best videos and pictures, because it gets really busy. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the tour, thx a lot! The (public) boat-transport was not available, but the guide made the best out of the situation and switched to tube. Anyways, we visited all we wanted, our daughter was more than happy!

Excellent tour by Urban Saunters. Francis really knew his stuff and found us all the best spots. It was fun keeping up with him! One needs a certain level of attentiveness as you're constantly on the move in a crowd.

Dann the Welsh driver is the best! A good driver, attentive, clear and concise in his stories and narratives. We learnt a lot. Plus good music! Hello from the Greek couple!

Nice discovery of London and filming locations of the Harry Potter saga in the city with Anaïs. I recommend !!
