Full description
Get a tour through the streets of London, then see still more from the River Thames, on a scenic private river cruise. Watch the Changing of the Guard and get photos that do not include the tops of other people’s heads! Continue on through the Salisbury Plains to Stonehenge on a luxury air-conditioned bus. Some of the great places you’ll get to see on this tour include Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye. The bus will pass by Sir Christopher Wren’s masterpiece, the incredible St. Paul’s Cathedral.  A trip on the Thames is next, where you'll pass Shakespeare’s Globe Theater, Cleopatra’s Needle and London Bridge. Upon arrival at Embankment pier, the tour rejoins the bus and heads for Buckingham Palace. From a great viewpoint, you’ll get to see the Changing of the Guard and the soldiers marching to music in their smart red coats and busbies. There will be a 1-hour-break for lunch in Victoria before you board a luxury, air-conditioned bus to head to Stonehenge. The famous, prehistoric site is one of the most amazing things in Britain, standing alone in an empty tract of the misty Salisbury Plain. Learn about all of this and more on your visit to Stonehenge, an ancient feat of engineering and design that has kept people guessing for generations.

The guide was great. He was very knowledgeable. The open top bus was great. There was then a 1-1.5 hour gap before the Stonehenge portion which gave us a chance to get food. The top of the bus was very hot on the way to stonehenge and then very cold on the way back. I wish we had more time spend at

A wonderful, whirlwind one-day lay over tour of London/Stonehenge for those who have not visited London and have a full day between flights. Getting to Victoria Coach Station from Heathrow airport is a piece of cake. The tour itself was seamless aside from not being told (either on the website or by the morning tour guide) there was an hour and half unsponsored mid-day tour break at the bus station.

INCREDIBLE DAY AND TOUR!

This experience was beyond my expectations. The Tour was highly organized and the staff very friendly and knowledgable! I only had one day and felt as though I saw and experienced so much more and a short period of time. Note, the tour states 9 hours. Stonehenge alone took 2.5 hours by coach each way and allowed for about 1.45 onsite. All very well worth it but overall tour was 12-13 hours, so allow for the extra time. Cheers and Enjoy!
