The guide was at the meeting point on time. We were a group of 8 people. Unfortunately the weather at Dover was atrocious rain and wind. But no one can do anything about that. In summer a dream of looking into the distance from the White Cliffs determines. After that, to Canterbury, a small, cozy town with shopping facilities, the weather was also much better in the meantime. Nice stay. Then back to London in the evening. We were tired but it was a nice trip. The guide Darren 6 stars .

It was totally great!! Definitely worth it. The guide was super nice and knew a lot, could tell interesting things. You have the opportunity to visit a castle or to walk along the chalk cliffs to a lighthouse. We opted for the walk and were not disappointed. It was wonderful!

Darren our guide and our driver were very good. Darren provided interesting commentary along the way and gave useful tips on how to make the most of our free time at Dover and Canterbury. At Dover we had the option of walking the beautiful clifftop track atop the white cliffs from the carpark to the lighthouse or to visit Dover castle. Each option took about 2 hours. I opted for the former and was not disappointed. I believe those who opted for the castle spent a lot of time queuing. The time in Canterbury was partly used up having something to eat. Nonetheless, Darren's tips from the main street gave us a number of ideas to follow up on.
