It was amazing, one of the best excursions we took. Not only did we see grey whales jumping multiple times, but we also saw white dolphins and sea lions. The guides were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of our questions, and amazingly found and positioned our boat to view these beautiful creatures. On top of that I got a very significant senior discount.

Even better than I expected!

The boat was beautiful and clean (even the bathrooms). The staff was professional. Right away I could tell that the captain had a genuine enjoyment for his job. Whale watching does not come with a guarantee and he was as excited as the passengers to go in search of something amazing. I would have liked a little more outdoor seating variety because the few available spots were a bit crowded, but we worked it out. 2 hours was the perfect length for a trip like this. Good refreshments. The photographer has quite a talent. Heads up: there is no dedicated parking, so give yourself some extra time and be prepared to hike a block or two (but with beautiful scenery). On a side note, the gift shop was well-stocked (both quality items and fun grab-n-go type stuff) and very reasonably priced! The person who checked us in was polite and efficient. The whole operation was safety-conscious as well, which helped the kids relax.

Be sure to take a jacket, we nearly didn't! The weather was beautiful but remember you are out on the ocean, so it will be windy ams cold. Binoculars are a great idea although not essential! Your guides are very informative... You'll have an amazing time
