Begin the day with a morning pickup from your hotel in Luang Prabang between 8:30-9:00 AM. Meet your local guide and set off on your exciting trekking tour. After a 30-minute bus ride, immerse yourself in Laos’ rural scenery and culture as you walk through Hmong Village. As always, be advised that it’s better not to disturb the serenity of this isolated place, and to observe the locals from a respectful distance as they tend to their daily tasks. After an enchanting amble through the village, continue on with a 3.5-hour trek to the pristine surroundings of Kuang Si waterfalls. Visit the Bear Rescue Center and pick up some interesting insight into the Asian sun and moon bears, as well as the Free the Bears protection program. Learn about how these bears have been rescued from illegal wildlife trade.  Take a breather and enjoy lunch on the way or next to the turquoise pools. Cool off with a refreshing swim and snap some photos of the beautiful waterfalls. End the day by taking in views of the mountainous scenery of the Luang Prabang province on the way back. The tour ends with a drop-off at your hotel in Luang Prabang at around 5:00 PM.
