Very nice ship! A wonderful trip with the most important information about the history of Lake Lucerne and its villas on the shore. An audio guide and headphones are included and you can have commentary on the sights in many languages during the journey. A beautiful indoor space in cold or inclement weather, outdoor areas with good seating. Good view inside and out. A special design of the ship, modern and extraordinary.

Well worth it, a very relaxing hour cruise on a beautiful lake. Due to the covid, the audio guides are not distributed, so they ask you to download an app and connect to the on-board wifi in order to listen to the guide from your smartphone, in your own language. Too bad it didn't work so we just enjoyed the nice trip without being able to know more. However a recommended experience.

Audio guide with an interesting and informative program. The highly professional team welcomed me kindly and gave the necessary explanations. Good buffet. The deck has plenty of space and is clean. Everything is organized clearly and understandably even for a novice tourist, starting from buying a ticket and ending with a clear scheduled arrival at the pier. The search for a berth took literally 3-5 minutes of time. "Pier 7" for convenience is specially marked with a large plate with a number, so as not to be mistaken.
