The tour was amazing. The weather was perfect at Lucerne, the day we went. It was bit freezing at Mt. Pilatus. We were guided by Ms. Antje & Mr. Eduardo. Both of them guided us well. I would recommend Best of Switzerland Tours. I had booked 2 days tours back to back with them. Worth it.

The overall experience was fantastic. Our guide was friendly and courteous. We were confused about why the lake cruise schedule was not flexible as it was a beautiful sunny day. The voucher given was not as great as the boat ride would have been.

Great time with Luis, he took his time to explain the history of the place as well as show us the key parts of the old city. The river trip was awesome.

Guide was very knowledgeable. Trip was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in Lucerne

Quite and easy ferry ride to incredible view I’d lake Lucerne.
