It was well organized, the tour guide was super nice, flexible and courteous, but it was just way too expensive for what we paid for. For half the price (a ticket for one person cost 59 CHF) we could have given a good rating. We had expected a local tour guide and not a foreign student (only temporarily in Switzerland) who had only been living in Lugano for over a year.
