Have the best of both worlds on this full-day tour of Switzerland and Italy. Departing from Como, travel in a comfortable coach to the Swiss town of Lugano where you will have some free time to visit the picturesque city center, taste some Swiss Chocolate and have lunch. Discover the Swiss Mediterranean style of life, the luxory shops of Via Nassa, the Ciani Park. After Lunch we will follow our tour to Cadenabbia where Queen Victoria of England and Zar Nicholas of Russia were frequent visitors, from here we will take our first ferry to Bellagio where we will arrive after 20 minutes. Bellagio is world wide known as the Pearl of Como lake. Here you will enjoy some free time in a romantic atmosphere of long lake or in its narrow street up on the hill, you will have time to enjoy a glass of wine front of the lake. Later, board a ferry boat and get the opportunity to see the incredible Lake Como from a different perspective. we will spend two hours on board being able to admire the splendid lake landscapes, the historic villas such as Villa Carlotta, Balbianello, Erba and those of famous people such as George Clooney or Versace, corners of unspoiled nature.

Lake Como, Lugano & Bellagio Tour We'll meet at 8:30 am at Piazza Quattro Novembre, and from this point in Milan we'll travel north by bus. After a 1-hour ride we'll arrive at our first destination, where we'll enjoy a guided tour of Como. On this tour, we'll see the most important monuments of the historic centre of this town such as the the Basilica of San Fedele and the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta. From here, we'll head to Lugano by bus. In this Swiss town you'll have two hours of free time to have lunch and visit its famous chocolate stores. Discover the Swiss Mediterranean style of life, the luxory shops of Via Nassa, the Ciani Park. After lunch, we'll return to Italy, where we'll pass through Cadenabbia di Griante. This village has hosted distinguished figures such as Queen Victoria I of England and Tsar Nicholas II: In Cadennabia, we'll hop aboard a ferry that'll take us on the 20-minute trip to Bellagio. After meeting your guide at your hotel, you’ll start the day with a walk through the historic centre of Lugano. Here, you’ll see the new conference centre, stroll through Lugano’s main shopping district, and see locals enjoying themselves in the many outdoor restaurants. A highlight will be going inside of the 15th-century church which is simply called "the church". Inside, you’ll see impressive mural paintings made by the Italian artist Bernardino Luini, one of Leonardo da Vinci’s disciples.   You’ll then take a bus to the start of the Gandria Olive Trail footpath where you’ll enjoy a leisurely one-hour walk on the paved historic “Olive Trail” along the lakeside. You’ll eventually reach the romantic village of Gandria, which is nestled along the banks of Lake Lugano.   Afterwards, you’ll board a public boat and cruise to your lunch stop at one of Lugano’s most scenic areas, where you’ll experience an outdoor grotto lunch of risotto. Local Ticino white or red wine will be served so you can focus on your lunch, and al the while, you’ll be overlooking beautiful Lake Lugano with its surrounding mountains and villages. Your stand-by chefs will help you with your risotto to make sure you enjoy an excellent tasting grotto lunch. Following your lunch experience, your boat will return you to the city.
