The sites and the cities were amazing. Everything was beautiful and full of Spanish history. Although it felt like our guide was always in a hurry and longing for the time that he was gonna give us our free time on the sites along our tour. Also, he talked very fast, in a way that wasn't necessary. I understand both English and Spanish, and I had to really pay attention so I could understand what he was saying. And if we hadn't had a tour through the Royal Palace the day before with a guide that explained a lot about Spanish history, we would have been really lost on understanding the history of Toledo and Segovia. But overall, we enjoyed our day and we were glad we got to know these parts of Spain's heritage.

It was a day full of rich history about Segovia and Toledo. Amazed on how beautiful these 2 cities are. A bit confusing at the beginning because we don't know which bus are we taking. We were at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure, as mentioned in the voucher, but our guide came exactly at 7:30 which is usually the departure time. We were already inside the bus when she arrived but was asked to go down again to check if our names are on the list. But aside from that, everything went on smoothly as the tour started until it ended. Will recommend it for anyone who wants to visit these 2 cities.

Loved both places, Could spend a week in both. Organization and punctuality perfect. Our guide was very friendly and accessible but his command of English could be improved only because the grammar errors made it difficult to know if he was talking about events in the past, or what is happening now or going to happen. It wouldn’t take much; just go over his talk a few times with an anglophone and then give him a print out to practice with and learn off by heart because that is obviously what he has done. Otherwise Sergio has the perfect personality to be a guide and he was appreciated by everyone! Thank you.
