The guide Javon knows his material and knows how to share it in an interesting enlightening manner. He makes his topic come alive, He addresses a very difficult topic backing up his statements with sources and facts. He also has great skills in relating to people and managing his groups.. He is one of the better guides that I engaged in Madrid. We took 9 tours in 5 days

this is a five star rating for customer service. unfortunately the tour was cancelled because of lack of participants, but a representative from the company came and apologized and worked hard to connect with anyone who was expecting the tour to be able to refund or rebook. the company is organized and accountable, and I look forward to being able to take the tour soon!

Jevon was a great guide. Highly knowledgable and enthusiastic about the subject. The Inquisition is long gone (thank God) so there are not a lot of direct visual referents to see. Jevon still showed us the main areas where Inquisitor activities took place. There was also lots of “extra” history thrown in to provide context for Inquisitions whys and wherefores. It definitely was a worthwhile tour. I highly recommend it.
