I really liked the combination of audio guide and real person who took us around. As I use a cane and stairs are difficult for me the elevator was a real help. I was supposed to visit another part of the palace for my cousin and me.The gentleman at ticket window said the tickets were a scam. I didn’t keep the 2 tickets but was disappointed. Prado is a delightful experience and one day is too short. We were lucky enough to have an extraordinary guide who presented us with the things considered important (subjective of course because we are talking about art) and offered us some landmarks for individual exploration.
Excellent French speaking guide. His approach to the visit enabled us to understand the history of the museum as well as the main masterpieces of the Prado. Recommend anytime.
It was a huge experience to visit Prada Museum on this guided tour of approx. 1,5 hours. The guide was excellent and we got so much knowledge.
Excellent presentation of several paintings and explanation of different technics and placing these in a historical perspective
