Hi: my family and I received a review of a day trip to Toledo would be a great experience and it truly was. The only compliant is the return bus and the disorganization with this as everyone was confused whether the bus was going back to Madrid and worried they would not get a seat as the young lady checking did not have any order to her check off system and it cause a lot of unnecessary panic. The place is amazing and the guides were fantastic. However, this particular experince took us to what they called the factory, which was essentially a gift shop and spent almost an hour there. whereas, we only spent 5 miniutes at what I can only describe as the best view of the city.

Toledo is beautiful but there isn’t a whole lot to do other than to visit the cathedral and walk around, so I felt like I had too much time with the full day tour since the guided portion was short. I ended up getting the earlier bud back but otherwise everything was great!
