Meet your guide and board your bus for a ride towards Conde de Guadalhorce Dam. Begin your walking tour and learn how the dam is Málaga's main water reserve. Hear about the history of the Desfiladero de los Gaitanes and how the canyon was carved by the Guadalhorce River from your guide. Prepare to test your nerves on a high-up adventure along El Caminito del Rey. Follow the path which is about 3 kilometers long and less than 1 meter wide, hanging 100 meters above the Guadalhorce River. This is a must do! We had Rachel as our guide. Rachel was the ‘empress’ the queen of the universe of guides!! That was just one of her lines. She was interested in each of her guests. Spoke with great knowledge about the walk. The walk is amazing the views are spectacular.

Our guide, Francesco, was very nice. He spoke a very good English. He knew everything there is to know about the Caminito del Rey. He was also willing to answer our questions. Even more, he helped me get back my luggage, which I accidentally forgot in the bus that drove us there (the guy was so kind that he went to garage to get it and then brought it to me at the drop point). Many thanks again, Francesco. The support given by the local company was swift. they contacted Francesco and they gave me his phone number.

The tour was very nice and interesting - the Caminito del Rey very impressive. However, since another tour group was traveling at the same time, it was sometimes a little crowded. Due to the style of the tour itself, there are small stops fairly often, which detracts from the experience a bit, but as this is a guided tour and you also learn a lot of interesting things at these stops, this is just a comment, not a critique.
