    A delicious morning

Felipe was a very good guide, interested in food and from Malaga. He gafve us information and we walked around the market. Then off to classroom to meet the chef and cook. I was VERY impressed with the facilities and the pace was easy to follow. I could practice my Spanish with the chef, but Felipe was there to translate for my husband! It was us and 1 other person, so very small numbers. Our paella was a triumph, and we also learned how to make gazpacho. I was curious about porra, and the chef even showed me how to make this (a thicker gazpacho). Very recommended.
