We had a lovely time just a pity it was raining. The boat cruise in manchester was lovely, and we also spent some time in the workers museum around the corner. Lovely cafe. We would also recommend the cruise which was very informative and interesting. Some interesting architecture seen along the way. It is also a cruise you can hop on and off so you can visit the quays also.

My fiancé and went on the river cruise while we where in Manchester for his birthday, it was a lovely way to spend the afternoon we were very lucky with the weather it was nice and warm very sunny. The whole experience is about and hour long 30 minutes each length of the river, you have the option of sitting downstairs (inside) or upstairs (outside). The staff were so lovely and friendly the whole experience was delightful. There is a toilet downstairs and a bar for drinks and snacks, the bar prices are very reasonable for this type of thing. I would highly recommend this tour it’s great for a nice relaxing afternoon cruising on the river. :)
