We chose to take our own snorkelling gear so we got the glass bottom boat your included. However you can hire from the your desk once at the island for a minimal cost. We don’t opt for all the ‘extras’ just get off the cat’ and do our own thing which is quite easy as it’s all quite accessible to the wharf where you get dropped. Marineland Melanesia is a defiant must do. Well worth the admission fee very interesting. Depending on your budget they do have a bar/restaurant but we still take our own snacks/water (no byo alcohol allowed in resort area) even pack a couple of sandwiches cause the first time everything was shut when we went looking for food after snorkelling. We’ve booked this tour twice over 2 year period and enjoyed it both times.

Beautiful island. Be aware that there’s it not much to do if you do the full day, and if you don’t swim. Also, the best reef and fishes are on the side which is not lifeguarded, so of course only go there if you are confident. I’m talking by a snorkeling point of view. I didn’t do the glass boat. The crocodile museum is okay. It stinks a bit and you’ll feel a bit sad cause these crocs are in little little pools. The feeding time was nice and those creatures are beautiful. I didn’t check the pool or the resorts amenities. The walk in the forest is nice and short.

Fantastic day on a beautiful island! If you want to see amazing corals- go snorkel pretty far out. It's still shallow but worth the swim. We had a spectacular rainbow during the boat ride, we saw turtles and I saw so many incredible fish and corals and anemone's. The island facilities were nice, food and cocktails available as well nice walks and pool. It's a day I'll cherish forever.

Snorkelling was fantastic at Green Island. So many fish of different sizes and colours.

wonderful trip, friendly crew and great reef sites. Decent meal.
