Picked up at our hotel in the Palmeraie at 7:30 a.m., we left Marrakech at 8:30 a.m. to pick up 3 other families in the 13-person minibus We arrived in Essaouira at 12:30 p.m. after 3 stops ("pee" in a restaurant then trees goats and finally oil cooperative) The almost new minibus had air conditioning problems which was not a problem in the morning because it is cooler but damaging on the way back under 40° for 3 hours on the road (left first, the guide was nice and brought us back in 1st) until 7:30 p.m. It was surprisingly about 20° cooler in Essaouira than in Marrakech, which was a good surprise! We were able to enjoy this Petit St Malo for 4 hours and saw the traditional fishing port We can easily have lunch for cheap but there are also more expensive fresh fish restaurants but which surely take more time Conclusion 12h outing for 4h on the spot but it's worth it It would have been perfect with an air-conditioned bus...

We had a very nice day. The guide Karim picked us up with the other tourists at the indicated place, then we stopped to have breakfast, see the goats on the argan tree and visit a cooperative. We had 4 hours to freely visit the city which is so different from Marrakech and worth visiting. It was perfect and the guide was great. Very happy with our excursion.

Very good option to visit the coast, along the way there is a stop to see the goats in the trees, then you visit a cooperative and finally you reach the coast there you have about 4 hours and a half to see the city for free. I recommend it. Rather, what the guide does is accompany the bus since the visit along the coast is free.
