Very good except that the day was shortened by several hours. We were sold a camel ride (very short after all) at sunset, except that we left at 5 p.m. and not at 8 p.m. 9 p.m. to have the sunset. So when you arrive around 12:30 pm, with the ballad at 4 pm, it's a short walk around Essaouiera. Everyone and pat very nice but it's still false advertising

Essaouira beach/port day trip from Marrakech. The day started badly when we were notified the evening before our trip started when we received a message that our pick up time was changed from 08.30 to 08.00am, meaning that we had to miss our pre-paid for breakfast. Picking up the additional 13 passengers was uncoordinated and frustrating as it took the driver until about 09.00am to collect everyone. We arrived at the port at about 12.30 and had a good walk around the Medina, enjoying an really excellent barbecue fish lunch and seeing the fishing port which is quite amazing. The driver had announced that we would be returning to Marrakech at 5pm. The trip duration was meant to be 10 hours long, and the travel time back from the port at least 2.5hours as early evening traffic is very busy coming back to Marrakech so we did not actually get back to our original meeting point until 8.10pm (12 hours and 25 min). There was no guide on the trip which was also disappointing.
