Benefit from pick-up at your hotel or accommodation, or other location on arrangement, and then transfer to a riad to learn more about the food culture of Morocco and take part in a cooking class to discover how to cook the recipes for yourself. Hear all about the secrets of Moroccan cuisine from a chef and experience the simple but warm hospitality of the Berbers. Prepare your own chicken tagine with lemon and olive, or couscous with various vegetables, along with different salads typical of Morocco and a delicious dessert made with fruit. Great experience.

There were no great cooking skills needed to attend this course but we left with a very good understanding of how to use and cook with the tagine that we had bought in the souk. The food that we cooked made for an excellent lunch shared with new made friends. The fact that the cookery school is a charitable foundation that provides education and prospects for young disadvantaged Moroccan women was an added bonus.

Very nice cook at the Riad Karma in Marrakech, competent and delicious.

The cooking class itself was good. The organization was a disaster. We booked 5 hours, the cooking class took 1 hour, everything else was waiting and eating (3 hours in total). The time was adjusted at short notice and the organizer kept changing details, really bad. Got about 10 What's app ........

Great experience - would highly recommend it

Great concept and lovely staff. We had a great time, learning about the Moroccan history and culture. Witnessing a traditional tea ceremony before preparing our own Moroccan meal . I would highly recommend this course while you are in Marrakech.
