Then, set off along the small roads of Calanques National Park and discover an area of high ecological importance restricted to general traffic. Head towards the paradise location of Calanque de Sormiou, known for its trails with views of the majestic limestone mountains and Mediterranean Sea. Learn the history of the strategic location, and look at the natural curiosities of the area, such as wild flowers of radiant beauty. Benefit from an itinerary that takes full advantage of the unique natural environment. Between May and October, get the chance to swim or rest on the beach. Then, return to Pointe Rouge Beach through the stunning coves of the massif.

Familiarize yourself with the modern electric mountain bikes before you depart Marseille and head towards the rugged terrain of Calanques National Park. Pedal through the beautiful park of the Château Pastré. Then, cycle the mountain trails of Montagne de l’Aigle. Arrive at Parc de la Fontaine d’Ivoire and marvel at the beautiful scenery as you bike up and down the hills. Get a stunning view of the Calanque de Sormiou from the Col de Cortiou mountain pass, and then ascend a steep road with the help of your electric bike before you make your way back towards civilization. Ride along the Crête des Escampons between Marseille and the stunning Massif des Calanques. Continue through the southern suburb of Roy d’Espagne to arrive back at Pointe Rouge harbor in Marseille city center.

You'll be met in front of your cruise ship, and after a shuttle ride to the starting point and a security briefing, your guide will lead you out on a 4-hour sightseeing tour by e-bike. Highlights of the tour include MuCEM, Marseille’s old port, Pharo Palace, Vallon des Auffes, and Notre Dame de la Garde. You’ll also explore alleys only Marseille locals know about. With your e-bike, although you’ll need to pedal, there’s not much effort involved! Groups are small, with a maximum of 8 people and your smiling local guide. Ride along the sea from Pointe Rouge to Callelongue through the small harbors of the Madrague of Montredon and Les Goudes. Follow your experienced guide along the small roads of Callelongue, a remote area of Calanques National Park. This area of high ecological importance and historical significance can be difficult to access by car in summer, but e-bikes allow you to explore the scenery. Explore the natural beauty of Calanques de Callelongue, without effort, under the shade of pine trees where the air is clean and time seems to be suspended. Discover the natural curiosities of the area, including flowers and wildlife. Between May and October, you may have the possibility to swim or rest on the beach. Conclude your 6-hour e-bike ride by returning to Pointe Rouge Beach.

Start with pickup and a drop-off from your ship. Travel across 35 km (27 miles) and enjoy the wild beauty that lies on the outskirts of the city and which seems to be at the end of the world. The bike ride is punctuated by a meal in a local restaurant (not included) and a swimming break. (If you are older than 60, you should be a regular rider and have very good health).
