I did the red and blue lines and the service was excellent. Georgia one of the drivers was really great. Georgina one of the guides and sales agents was very informative with a great personality. Marseille is just beautiful and on/off gets you to anything and everything of interest.

The activity was fine in general - a typical tourist thing to do to familiarize oneself with the main landmarks / basic history of the city. However, I'd say that the drive they offer is too short for the price. I also didn't see the bus actually stopping at the different landmarks, except for the last stop, the cathedral, which was indeed the point of interest of the majority of people. Overall, it was fine but not amazing, could have offered a bit more.

I only had 7 hours to spend in Marseille, and I had my heavy backpack and a suitcase, so this bus tour was really great to allow me to see the beautiful sites of Marseille. While I didn’t have the chance to get off at the different stops, I loved how you had the option to get off and explore the stops if you wanted to. The audio guide was also very informative and interesting. Highly recommend, especially if you have luggage / if you aren’t in Marseille for a long time!
