Excellent! This spot is definitely worth your time and money, there is so much to see! I recommend parking at the Prince Henry the Navigator Park. There is plenty of parking there, it’s free, and it’s only about a mile away from the museum. The walk between the park and the museum is really nice as it is located on an island in the middle of New Bedford Harbor and is connected to the mainland by the bridge so it has a great view of the water and the city.
Amazing experience. Saw half a dozen whales including two mother/calf pairs. We watched a calf playing at the surface metres from the boat which was incredible. The BHC team were clearly passionate about their work and educating visitors about the whales and efforts being made to protect them.
This tour is amazing. It moves at a reasonable pace and giving plenty of opportunity for the pizza, walking and the scenery of the North End. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and the pizza was amazing.
It was gray and snowy but a great tour that interested a 15 year old and his aunt and uncle. Loved it.
One of the best things we did while in Boston! So much more than a pizza tour, Martin was fantastic!
