We had great communication with this company nearly the whole time. We hired an airport pickup, however; when we missed our flight and emailed them to tell them we would be a few hours late we did not hear back. Our next flight was delayed by an hour, and we hadn't heard back from our driver, so we were sure we would need to hire a new driver, but once we landed there he was! Very pleased that even though plans had changed, we were still picked up

Great discoveries!

We had a great day thanks to our guide Edy who was just great. Edy communicated his love for Lombok to us and made us discover Indonesian life and culture without forgetting the magnificent landscapes that illuminated our excursion. Thank you very much Edy for this unforgettable day.

The guide was very attentive and pointed out curiosities of Lombok. The visits were interesting and the visit to the waterfall highly recommended! Tip: wear suitable footwear to walk through the river and wet stones
