1. Road to Hana
Check off your bucket list and cruise along the winding Road to Hana. Jump in your Mustang convertible or join a tour to see giant waterfalls, rainbow eucalyptus trees, bamboo forests, black sand beaches, and more on this all-day adventure.
2. Molokini crater and Turtle Town
Take a boat out to the infamous nature preserve, Molokini Crater. Only accessible by boat, you will see giant green sea turtles, tropical fish, and sometimes even monk seals native to Hawaii. This is a must-do when visiting Maui.
3. Haleakala sunrise
In Hawaiian, Haleakala means “House of the sun” and stands 10,023 feet above sea level. Watch the sun rise at the top of Haleakala National Park on the beautiful island of Maui. Not an early riser? Bike down the mountain during the day, or try stargazing at night.
4. Whale watching season
Every year, thousands of majestic whales migrate back to the islands to mate. Whale watching season runs from the beginning of December to the end of April every year. Take a boat tour from Maalaea Harbor or Lahaina Town to cruise out to the Maui Channel and see the whales flap their fins and leap through the waves.
5. ‘Iao Valley State Park
Hike through ‘Iao Valley, located in Central Maui, to the famous ‘Iao Needle Lookout and take in the views of this lush tropical rainforest. Along the trail, you may even see waterfalls peeking in the distance. Be prepared to bring cash, as there is a fee for parking.

What people are saying about Maui
Good experience overall, good service, well organized! Would have liked more marine life and less food service! Also most of the people participating in the echo tours know about wild life and reefs and they don’t need the captain comments regarding « petting zoo »!!! Captain you should refrain on those comments!
We had the best time on this rainforest waterfalls hike! Hike Maui guides are so knowledgeable, friendly and fun! Thanks Joel for a wonderful time and for sharing stories and legends of Hawaiian culture and really interesting info about all the plants and agriculture. Awesome!!!
What a great crew!! Knowledgeable and caring. Chris and Nicole are bursting with knowledge. Capt. Dan kept finding whales. We got to see Humpbacks. Orcas and Spinner Dolphins. Nicole makes a mean Mai Tai. Lunch was excellent too. I will do this again!!!!
This was an awesome excursion! Captain Karl was very knowledgeable and the crew was polite and helpful. We had a beautiful day and a great boat ride. We were lucky enough to see many whales even though it was getting close to the end of the season.
This was our first helicopter ride. It was amazing the waters falls were stunning and we got to see some whales. My boys and I love it!
